Position Limits for Derivatives
Dear Honorable Ladies and Gentleman,
Thank you for taking input regarding the aformentioned subject. Please act in a manner that allows the average individual/producer the opportunity to participate on a fair and equitable playing field. Fair unobstructed markets must exist for proper supply and demand principals to function properly. Workers in the various mining industries should be allowed to receive a fair price for their produced commodity.....it is our God given right as human beings. Continual price manipulation, by those individuals that have never gotten a speck of soil under their finger nails, is not just. Let them leave their country clubs and toil in a harsh, hazardious mining environment.
