CFTC Directors,
I urge you to implement the 1500 contract limit on futures.
It certainly appears that the silver market in particular is being manipulated by a small number of very large players. It appears that the silver futures market is already starting to fail as a price discovery mechanism and eventually all confidence may be lost in the integrity of this market.
