It is very difficult to invest in a market with confidence knowing there are big players (banks) with unlimited position caps. I continuously read from a variety of sources that JP Morgan currently holds the largest short position on any commodity at any time in recorded history. True or not, this position limit would clear the uncertainty of what is possible.
Please institute a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for silver.
