We urgently request that position limits of 1500 contracts for SILVER be enacted.
Silver is a manipulated commodity, and enforcement is long overdue. As an International Investor, the lack of enforcement in this market reflects very badly on the United States.
History will surely judge those who failed to act on this matter, or who acted without honour.
