Regulation of Retail Forex
Regarding proposed regulation RIN 3038-AC61
I am a citizen of Canada,so governing how things are done in the states is your business.Unfortunately though
when legislation is applied in the states it is often not long before it will applied in Canada. I enjoy trading forex and
strongly feel the current levels of leverage are acceptable and should not be tampered with. If there is fraud in the
forex market that you are attempting to curtail, please deal with those cases as they arise and do not penalize
those who trade well within and according to the current set of laws and regulation.Those of us who take trading
seriously and abide by the systems laws ,accept the risk/reward that the the current leverages provide .WE QUITE
FRANKLY ENJOY AND ARE WILLING TO TAKE THE RISK TO GET TO THE REWARD.
