I strongly support position limits in the commodities markets. I have no doubt that much of the move towards higher prices in a broad range of commodities has its foundation in purely speculative positions
held by billion dollar hedge funds and dark pools. How much of this activity results in the involved parties
accepting final delivery? Millions of people worldwide are feeling the bite for the benefit of a few. Yes, to very strong position limits across the board, WITH NO LOOPHOLES.
