Will establishing legitimate speculative position limits solve the world's problems? No, but it is a step in the right direction because it is a responsible, honest manner to handle the silver market. Allowing corrupt, greedy businesses to continue to manipulate the market in such a rampant, dishonest method under your very nose is to underwrite what is wrong in this world.
Please do the right thing. Allowing manipulation to continue is to become the very essence of the greed that is destroying our markets, our country and and world.
