Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear Sir or Madam
Your ref: RIN 3038-AC61
I am OPPOSED to the proposed change to limit leverage to 10:1 & if necessary will move my account to an
overseas broker.
I would rather see the CFTC dedicate its resources by monitoring brokers liquidity to avoid additional broker
insolvencies. This is a deflection of what's truly required within the forex industry & overall very disappointing.
If this is passed, I for one along with my colleagues will no longer trade in the USA.
