First let me start out by saying I am a regular American, but even I can tell that speculation is rampant on wall street when it comes to oil trading. All anyone has to is do a little research to see regulation is severly needed. The fact that someone can by 100 dollars worth of oil contracts with only 6 dollars is ridiculous. That type of leverage should not be allowed. The Cftc has a duty to make sure we Americans are not being taken advantage if by greedy banks such as Goldman Sachs or jpmorgan who don't even take delivery of the oil they bid up, but make obscene and ilgoten profits of the middle-class backs
