    I request you consider position limits of 1500 contracts for the silver market and put an end to the manipulation of the silver market by the banks excessive short positions i.e. jpmorgan crooks. Please do the right thing. If a no-body from the sticks of western Colorado knows whats going on in the silver market that should tell you something.
