Dear CFTC Commissioners;
Now is the time to decide... are you with the citizens of the US or are you with the corrupt corporations?
When considering the short positions of JP Morgan, HSBC, etc... how is it possible that you continue to take no action to limit this blatant manipulation?
The answer is simple. You folks are incompetent, and I mean REALLY inept... or you are corrupt.
You will demand that JP Morgan verify, subject to repeated audits, the presence of actual physical silver in their new COMEX associated vaults, or you will allow the continued, additional "paper" fraud to be perpetrated by these manipulators.
Will the COMEX go into default and cause a chain of explosions in the physical markets under your watch? Will the exposure of the GLD and SLV ETF's as massively leveraged frauds occur under your watch?
It appears that Mr. Chilton may be an honest member of your criminally inactive bunch. Is he the only one?
If you allow the manipulation and frauds to continue, amounting to possibly billions in illegal gains, I am hopeful that you all will at some point be prosecuted and imprisoned for very long terms... and under the most primitive and harshest of conditions.
The American people deserve much better than what you are giving them.
