Dear Commissioners,
Please enact, at most, the1,500 contracts per entity limits on silver positions. As individual investors, we need to be able to have confidence in the markets we choose to invest in. No one entity should be able to use their power to rob the average investor of that confidence or tarnish the reputation of long standing exchange markets through price manipulation. I would even suggest lowering the limit to less than 1,500.
