I would strongly request that the Commission institute a 1,500 contract position limit in silver.In my opinion this is the only way to maintain a a free market in this commodity as larger poisitions inevitably lead to concentration in the hands of either individuals or specific corporations. This situation allows those groups to influence the market to their own gain and is in contradiction to the principle "free markets".
