Again, I am submitting a written request that the Committee invoke position limits for commodities. This situation with JP Morgan and other banks is a violation of the law. The evidence is clear and there is a historical link (FOR YEARS) between their short positions and the price of silver.
To continue to deny or ignore this evidence is not something the general public is going to sanction.
