Thank you for the opportunity to comment on position limits. I have been a silver investor for 25 years and have categorically concluded that the market is heavily manipulated. I suggest a position limit of 1,500 contracts with exclusions only for miners and industrial users, and an immediate cease and desist against the "4 or less banks" that hold a grotesquely large short position in the market today.
