I am a stock and silver investor. I check on the silver spot price about every 30 minutes. It is very evident that every 2-3 days, a big seller(s) drives the silver price down and than appears to buy-in after scaring some investors to sell. We absolutely need position limits!!! A 1,500 positon limits would still allow control of 7.5 million ounces of silver.
