Dear Sirs:
There appears to be more than ample evidence of manipulation in the metals market.
According to experts in this field, a position limit of 1500 or less would correct this.
I believe this has been going on since the Paul Volker days, and is directed by the Federal
Government itself, hence your obvious inaction.
There will eventually be criminal prosecutions over this. If you want to be on the side of
justice, please take actions promptly to correct this problem.
