    Comment Text:

I'm sick and tired of Wall Street getting richer and richer by gambling with our economy. I urge you to curb gambling in markets for essential commodities like food and oil by setting and enforcing strong position limits rules.

Speculation hurts us all, but especially people like me who are struggling all the time just to pay for the basics on a small income. Do not allow speculators to gamble with food and gas prices. If they want to gamble, let them go to Las Vegas. We need strong rules and limits on speculating, without exemptions or exceptions that weaken them, or allow Wall Street gamblers to escape them.

No exemptions or free rides for banks, hedge funds or other financial players!
