I urge you to take measures to curb speculation, which is essentially gambling, in the food and oil markets. American families are struggling, with over 16 million children homeless and 25 percent of our children going hungry. At the same time, Wall Street is soaring, and there are at least 25 hedge fund managers who made $1 billion last year. This is wrong, and the greed that drives speculation must not be allowed to make the already hurting populace suffer more. Thank you for your consideration.
