In a civilized world, there is no moral or ethical room for speculators when it comes to the production and availability of food and transportation, which are among the most basic of needs for all people. Please put into place strong rules which limit the ability of speculators to affect and/or profit from food and fuel. They have gotten away with "murder" by gambling with our basic needs, and we Americans are suffering as a result of it.
