You have to stop the gambling on oil by speculators! It is assign! There is no shortage of oil, but the games played by speculators are causing sever financial hardship on millions of families that were already hard pressed. You have to stop this practice and make it illegal. How can you let the greed of a few, make an entire county suffer?
