We are retired Wisconsin state employees who are very concerned about our fellow citizens who are trying to make ends meet while their incomes go down and the price of their food and gasoline increase. It just isn't fair to them to allow our commodity trading markets be used as casinos where betting for profit has become the major component. This betting for profit can unduly drive the prices of the commodities to higher levels than warranted by supply and demand. Please regulate the commodity markets to limit this betting for profit so they can provide the service they were designed to deliver.
