To Whom It May Concern:
I would like my voice to be counted against the new 10 to 1 maximum leverage limits. I believe when added to
the anti-hedging and FIFO requirements it will force traders to move their accounts to countries which allow
people to make their own decisions as to the level of risk that is appropriate for them.
I agree with the registering of brokers mainly so they can be prosecuted if criminal acts are committed but other
than that I believe that as adults we should all have a choice in deciding just how much risk we are willing to take.
