I am Roger G.Horn, a retired librarian living in Clarion, PA, who has become painfully aware of how much harm has been done to our economy by the uninhibited gambling on Wall Street.
While many factors contribue to today's highly volatile commodity prices, it is apparent that excessive speculation is partially responsible. That has been shown in dozens of studies by respected insitutions such as Princeton, MIT, the Peterson Institute, Yale, the United Nations and our own Senate.
Please put in place effective position limits rules and don't let them be undermined by exemptions or exceptions, or allow Wall Street gamblers to escape them Their hubris has already nearly undermined our economy and it seems undiminished.
