    My name is Chuck Cummiskey and I drive on the average approximately 22,000 miles per year. It's tough enough to make ends meet without Wall St speculators causing high gas prices. Enough is enough. It is time to reign in Wall St and speculating in commodities markets like food and oil. It's tough enough to pay our bills.

    I urge you to curb excessive gambling

    Please put in place effective position limits rules, and do not allow them to be undermined by exemptions or exceptions, or allow Wall Street gamblers to escape them.
