    As a 30 year-veteran of the investment and financial industry, I know first-hand how without proper regulation speculation ends up damaging us all.

    I urge to urge the CFTC to apply strong rules to limit excessive speculating and gambling using our financial markets. The financial melt-down of 2008 - 2009 has already shown us the outcome of a failure to do so. .
