Being involved with this silver issue and position limits for the past number of years, I wonder why the CFTC, in the sense of transparency and commodity law, is not willing to have an open and public hearing with Mr. Ted Butler. It is quite obvious that he has made some very specific allegations concerning manipulation, JP Morgan, COMEX as well as the CFTC, and I find it disingenuous that the CFTC will not either refute or confirm his allegations. I have viewed many of your open hearings and the conversation coming from Chairman Gensler and the rest of the committee is about fair and transparent markets. WHY ARE MR. BUTLER'S ALLEGATIONS NOT BEING ADDRESSED.I as well as many would be interested in your response to this question. Regards, Larry O'Toole
