Please make sure the banks and brokerage firms cannot bet against their clients as they did to cause the financial meltdown. I was raised to believe these financial institutions were moral examples of the best of America. We want them to be that again.
Please make sure the rules and regulation cover things like people and companies speculating against the price of oil driving it up when demand goes down and in an ordinary situation, this demand would drive the price of oil down.
There must be a way to accomplish this helping the American economy and keeping the dollar as the world's economic yardstick.
