To the CFTC:
Please act immediately to initiate a 1,500 contract position limit in silver. The obvious and blatant manipulation of the price of silver must stop. You are charged to protect the American public from such illegal price manipulation. The 1,500 contract position limit should go a long way toward stopping the silver price manipulation by the bullion banking cartel.
