Dear Sirs/Madams
I have been a Woman in the petroleum industry for 33 years, over the years we have been introduced to new ways to protect ourselves from price swings, I must say that most of the time you think you are protected and then someone figures out a new way to play the gambling game with your money and peoples investments (cooperative) and you loose, the big money people win and the person just trying to do a fair business looses. I believe the SPECULATORS have gotten out of hand, most have no ownership in anything conected to petroleum and are just in it for a quick buck. I would ask that at least there be some limits on how much a person or group can speculate. Thank you for your hard work and please help others who are just trying to do the same.
