On March 9, 2011, CFTC staff met with representatives of ABC, CIEBA, United States Steel and Carnegie Pension Fund and NISA Investment Advisors to discuss proposed CFTC rules relating to swap portfolio compression and reconciliation and swap confirmation requirements. ABC and CIEBA previously submitted a letter dated February 28, 2011 into the comment file for the proposed rules.
