Dear Commission Members,
I believe that the length of the ongoing silver manipulation investigation (over two years) without any corrective action and the proposal to set position at a level that will allow this manipulation to continue has damaged the credibility of the CTFC. Please set the limit at no higher than 1500 contracts.
