Let me get this straight.... Even Charlie Sheen can see the silver manipulation but you cant? Maybe you should hire him to help you and your "investigative team" out! I hear he's unemployed right now
Lets get the limit on silver set at 1500 contracts... Do the right thing, quit selling out the 99% of Americans that are suffering from your teams less than passive approach to your responsibilities. Man up.
