pertaining to the above new rule on derivitive/commodity limits.
i hope the authorites are going to be more diligent and agressive in controling the ability of large entities to willfully try to control markets with their large financial ability to sway markets.
as a senior on a fixed income i had decided to invest a small amount of savings in bullion commdities as a safeguard for my wife and myself.
to think the new rules that are proposed to help control the fairness of the markets are not going to be enforced, as it seems they have not been in the past, is very frustrating.
the small investor must depend on the athorities to control and enforce the rules and regulations set to maintain a fair market. if authorities do not, then at some point small investors will leave the markets all together.
