Attached please find the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.'s comments on the CFTC NPR re: Governance Requirements for DCOs, DCMs and SEFs, and Additional Requirements regarding the Mitigation of Conflicts of Interest. This submission references and expands on comments provided in our November 16, 2010 letter to the CFTC.
