I have four:
1. Position limits: We not only need them, but they have to be realistic (Ted Butler's position on this seems about right), and they must be enforced. Way to much has been "honored in the breach" recently.
2. Anonymity ("four or less" / "eight or less") is unadulterated @#$%^ (You said you'd excise obscenities)
3. Calling speculative, manipulative, criminal banksters "commercials" is worse than the @#$%^ mentioned above. It's an outright attempt to deceive. Only miners (and related firms) with a legitimate need to hedge production are commercials. Call a spade a spade.
4. With today's electronic media, 2 1/2 days should not needed to compile the CoT report. Can't the cutoff date be end of business Fri, with the report issued on Sat? Nearly three day lag time appears to me to be a rock for scum to hide behind. Give them only a pebble.
Thank you
