Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear CFTC:
I've recently found out about the proposed lowering of margin requirements for NFA and CFTC
regulated Forexfirms. I'm shock to here this proposed requirement cause this would impact the
whole US forex industry.
By mid year I had plan to conduct trading forex by forming a LLC investment company which would
allow me to do this on a full time basis. But when I heard about this proposal, it's made me think
of twice even to attempt to go that route.
Well to make the story short, Trading forex is the only way icould make a part time income.
And now I would need to come up with 10x the amount to even think about trading.
Please reconsider Lowering Leverage requirements.
