Dear sirs:
Regarding proposed trading rules for SILVER, I respectfully request that you allow hedging position limits of no more than 1500 contracts or 7,500.000 ounces.
While it is necessary to provide enough position capability to assure market liquidity, I feel that any limit of more than 1500 contracts in SILVER would encourage undue speculation and possible manipulation of pricing in this commodity.
