Contrary to Mr Butlers request,I will write to you in the same manner that you treat the taxpaying public-with 0 respect!.How embarrassing.In this new Obama era of "transparency",when the only actions that are crystal clear is the CFTC's collusion with the Federal Reserve/Treasury and top end of Wall St banking elite to rig ,on a daily basis ,the precious metals markets.Voluminous eveidence and testimonials from insiders or "whistleblowers" (ie Mr McGuire-JPMorgan fame) have for over the last year been laid at your feet with pre-emptive information.Of which your Mr "Ramirez" has done nothing and is guilty by absence.( or sacked or hushed-up).
It is the ultimate shame that your employers,the taxpayer,has to BEG you to do your oath sworn duties on their behalf.The fact that the public at large have lost trust in Government is no surprise,especially when looking back at enforcement agencies like the SEC and their porn watching exploits and complete failure to act on Madoff is just one example that the game is fixed for those in the know.
I am sure that if any of these naked shorting market activities were perportated against the Banking Fraternity,actions would be swift and punishment meated out and broadcast!
Look,let's cut to the real point,you have no intension of forfilling your mandate,instead,you will be on hand to ensure that the so called "cartel" is catered for regarding manipulated short positions,of which benefit the culprates mentioned earlier on.Why do you mess around pretending to care?We all know when there is no way out ,your "superiors" will be advising total confiscation of precious metals and absolving the shorts of positions.You know,like the rapid and deliberate margin requirements stealthily enacted. in an act that is best described by treasury sectretary Mr Geithner.."will do what ever it takes..".I guess like his predessesor Paulson,he didn't mention anything about legality?.Talking about legality,why is the Fedreral resrve avoiding court orders to provide information on the nations gold resreve activities and swaps?.Don't answer,because its obvious.We are not fools,we just dont have the unlimited power like yourselves.
