1500 contracts are more than fair position limits and still greater than ANY other current concentration of physical comodities traded on the COMEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The current proposed limit of over 5000 contracts is NOT GOING TO SOLVE SILVER MANIPULATION. We The People Shall Be Heard!!
