Yes,
The silver manipulation has gone on quite long enough. The good ole boys have had their fun and now it is time to right the wrongs and do the right thing for the american people. Show some courage and correct these past mistakes. The position limits must be put in place immediately at 1500 contracts.
We are all counting on you to make this right once and for all.
