SILVER POSITION LIMITS -- should be 1,000 contracts all maturities and adding both long/short (not net).
All theoretical and empirical work establishing the efficiency of markets (EMH) require that all players be small and unable to influence the overall market by themselves.
Otherwise, the CFTC owes an apology to the Hunt Brothers!
