Please institute a 1500 contract (7.5 million ounce) position limit for silver.
A 5000 limit would allow the equivalent of 25 million ounces of silver to be manipulated. There are only 3 silver mining producers in the world who can produce this much silver.
A 5000 limit would still allow the manipulation of silver in the futures market.
