To the Dishonorable Commissioners et al of the Dirty-Cop Organization Known as the CFTC--
Congratulations on your well paying jobs. But then Criminal Organizations have always been fairly generous with their dirty cops. Unfortunately We the people also have to pay you. I would request that you return that money that you have received from us back to We the People. You are being paid by Us for doing a job that you refuse to do for Us--that of preventing and prosecuting criminal manipulations on the commodities exchange--and that must end. I would ask that instead you would live off the gains received now (and undoubtedly even moreso in the future) from those whose boots you lick and whom you serve well in the ongoing job you do so well for them, which is of course the ignoring and and willfully deceitful covering up of their illegal and immoral and destructive to the good of the people manipulative practices on those very exchanges. By pretending to be a watchdog AGAINST the very activity you refuse to acknowledge or prevent or prosecute, you have earned the right to be called the very dirtiest of cops.
So...I will make a second request to you, knowing in my heart you will laugh at it, knowing as you do which side of your bread gets buttered and by whom, simply to have it on the record that thousands and hundreds of thousands of citizens begged you to do the right thing, and you refused. Position limits of 1500 contracts for SILVER are MORE than generous enough for ANYone doing legitimate business, especially and including hedging, on the COMEX. You know this, I know this, all knowledgeable investors in these markets know this. Common sense and comparison with any other commodity and its markets agrees with this.
And once more for the sight impaired--
POSITION LIMITS OF 1500 CONTRACTS FOR SILVER ARE MORE THAN GENEROUS ENOUGH FOR ANYONE DOING LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY AND INCLUDING HEDGING, ON THE COMEX. YOU KNOW THIS, I KNOW THIS, ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE INVESTORS IN THESE MARKETS KNOW THIS. COMMON SENSE AND COMPARISON WITH ANY OTHER COMMODITY AND ITS MARKETS AGREES WITH THIS.
I won't take up more space telling you what you already know. You already know the truth and what needs to be done. You hide behind your position now and the power and influence of those you protect and whose orders you follow now...but don't think you will always be able to hide behind it or them. The People know who you are and what you have done...or rather what you have not done...what you have refused to do that was your paid and sworn duty (if not outloud, then at least unspoken and implied) to do. And you will be found guilty of heinous crimes involving aiding and abetting the enemies of the People of this country. And you will have NO defense.
Do what's right...while you still can.
