YOU HAVE INSUFFICENT SPECTULATIVE POSITION LIMITS TO CONTROL CONCENTRATED SILVER MARKET MANIPULATION. YOU KNOW THIS AND SO DOES JUST ABOUT ANYONE WHO FOLLOWS THE SILVER MARKET. THIS TO ME IS CORRUPTION. PLEASE INSTITUTE A 1500 CONTRACT (7.5 MILLION OZ.) LIMIT FOR SILVER. THIS IS STILL MORE THAN 99% OF WHAT THE WORLDS PRODUCERS AND USERS MAKE OR USE IN A SINGLE YEAR....KENNETH L. BOYD
