You can't have a manipulation without a concentrated position. The CFTC knows that. Why does the CFTC allow manipulation? There is a reason. What is that reason? What organization/person does it protect?
The current practice certainly doesn't protect me, a consumer. It hurts me.
7.5 million ounces or less is enough!
If there were a march on the CFTC, people from all over America and all over the world would come because the CFTC is hurting all of us. Who are you helping?
The proposed position limit, if you can call it that, is over 5,000 contracts., It is laughable to call that a "limit".
1500 contracts or less is reasonable.
