Dear Chairman Gensler and fellow Commissioners:
The current position limits are completely out of line. 5000 contracts = 25 million ounces. You can count on one hand the number of mining companies that pull that amount out of the ground every year. How can you allow to have speculators hold a position of this magnitude? It is completely out of line.
How much longer must this criminal activity by JP Morgan and the rest the "gang" be allowed to continue? It doesn't take a brain surgeon to see what is going on. Are your hands tied by the political powers to be? If so, then SAY so and I will direct my efforts to stop this blatant never ending crime elsewhere.
When Chairman Gensler came aboard I thought that things would change. Well it looks like I and many others were wrong. What's it been? Close to two years and still nothing.
Your either part of the problem or part of the solution. Which are you gentleman?
