Dear Commissioners:
I worked long and hard my whole life,now retired and basically living on Social Security.Through the years I bought small amounts of Silver to augment my retired years.
I was encouraged when you had the position limits hearing Mar.25,2010. I responded when you called for public comments hoping that my voice would be heard.Nothing has changed in this past year.
I support the position limits proposals, however I believe the 5000 contract limit is much too high and will not achieve a fair marketplace.
I support a contract limit of 1500 contracts per entity.
It is time to do what is right. Do what is fair for the Market and what is fair for the people and not just the bank cartel.
