    "Regulation of Retail Forex"
    To Whom It May Concern,
I am a concerned United States citizen writing about the proposed setting for US forex to 10:1.
I am one of many Americans who lost my job involuntarily last year due to a layoff. Over the past year, I have
learned how to trade with the foreign currency exchange. I accomplished this in large part because with being out
of work, I am working at an alternate way to earn income. With so many other Americans out of work, it is
extremely difficult to find another job because of the increased competition. If my ability to perform forex trading is
minimized or taken away, I could lose my chance to survive financially if I can't find another job.
If there is a concern about people being scammed, then a more practical solution would be to educate and inform
the public. By warning the public about the dangers of scammers and scams, there could be a decreased
likelihood of people becoming scam victims.
