Gentlemen, Any position limit above 1500 contracts makes it possible for the speculators to control the very small silver market. Silver producers or real users should be allowed exemptions. I do not trade futures but my retirement savings are invested in precious metals and the continued manipulation of the silver market by large speculators hurts individual investors. Thank you.
